This residence has been thoughtfully designed to balance functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal across three levels—ground, first, and second floor. The planning prioritizes natural light, ventilation, privacy, vaastu and seamless movement throughout the space, while also embracing a modern yet warm design language. While designing this home the major focus was to keep the sun and wind direction in mind, so when you see the layout, The entry, foyer, and formal living room fall on the north/northeast, receiving diffused and consistent daylight. These zones stay cooler and brighter without direct heat, making them ideal for longer use during the day.
